Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained according to the new plan's limits.
Note: When downgrading, features specific to higher plans will become unavailable. Your historical data will be preserved but may not be accessible until you upgrade again.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can reactivate anytime.
Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (Enterprise only)
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment Methods
- Add a new card or update existing
- Set as default if needed
Billing Cycles
Choose from three billing options:
- Monthly - Billed every month, cancel anytime
- Annual - Billed yearly, save 15-20%
- 3-Year - Billed every 3 years, maximum savings
Invoices & Receipts
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Billing History
- Download PDF invoices for any payment
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Service period covered
- Plan details and amount
- Payment method used
- Your billing information
Need a Custom Invoice? Enterprise customers can request invoices with custom details, PO numbers, or alternative billing addresses. Contact support.
Account Settings
Profile Settings
- Name - Update your display name
- Email - Change your login email
- Password - Update your password
- Timezone - Set your local timezone
Website Settings
- Add or remove tracked websites
- View and copy tracking IDs
- Configure site-specific settings
Notifications
Control email notifications for:
- Weekly analytics summaries
- Traffic alerts (spikes or drops)
- Billing reminders
- Product updates
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Cancel your subscription first
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
